The AITI Campus includes over 35,000 square feet of engineering, production, R & D laboratory, hangar and office space, including technology-enabled meeting space and wireless-internet access campus-wide.
We have facilities for the repair, manufacture, testing and assembly of aircraft and simulator instruments including dedicated environmental testing equipment and NVG capabilities.
Our combined staff has many years of experience in designing, building, and repairing simulated aircraft instruments.

By Air:
Look at the sectional chart and follow these directions:
We are located on Zephyrhills Municipal Airport (ZPH) which is 35 miles East Northeast of Tampa International Airport (TIA). Our Facility is located on the West side of the field. Look for the large gray building not far from the rotating beacon.
By Land:
From Tampa International: Follow signs for I-275 North. Take I-275 North until I-4. Exit onto I-4. Follow I-4 East toward Orlando until outside the Tampa city limits. Exit 301 North. Proceed on US 301 North to the South end of Zephyrhills. Look for the large microwave antenna on your right. At the next light, South Avenue, turn right. Proceed across the RR tracks and turn right on Airport Rd. Drive for three blocks and turn left on B Avenue. Turn an immediate left onto Aviation Avenue. Look for the large gray building at the end of the road.
From Orlando: Take I-4 West towards Tampa, Exit 98 South. Take US 98 South for approximately ½ mile. Turn West (right) on Knights Griffin Road. Turn North (right) on Hwy 39. Go North approximately 10 miles. Continue North onto US 301. Proceed on US 301 North to the South end of Zephyrhills. Look for the large microwave antenna on your right. At the next light, South Avenue, turn right. Proceed across the RR tracks and turn right on Airport Rd. Drive for three blocks and turn left on B Avenue. Turn an immediate left on to Aviation Avenue.
